We encourage you to join the Columbia Heights Civic
Association. The neighborhood is a member of the Neighborhood Conservation
Advisory Commission, a group that advises the county on neighborhood improvement
plans, and the Arlington County Civic Federation, a group of Arlington
County civic associations.
The Columbia Heights neighborhood is bordered by
Columbia Pike to the north, 16th Street to the south, Rolfe Street to
the east and Walter Reed Drive to the West.
Fee for Individual is $15
Fee for Business/Organization is $20
Membership in the Association shall be open to any person or business
owner at least 18 years of age who either owns or leases a property within
the geographical bounds of the Association.
